A message will appear at the bottom of your screen, you will need to click on this message to run the remote support programme. You should then provide us with the I.D. and Password that will appear on your screen
To maintain security you will be able to see exactly where and how we access your computer. You also have full access to your computer so can log us out at any time.
When our work is concluded and you exit the remote access programme the password is automatically reset. This will ensure that we cannot regain access without your permission.
